### Returns, exchanges and cancellations

#### Standard policy

- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for items in good condition with original packaging and documents.
- Apply through the My Orders section of your customer account, then download a free UPS return label and ship the item back.
- Original outbound shipping cost is not refunded.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days once the return is processed. Depending on your credit card provider, it may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Restocking fees may apply to "Delivery with Services" items if parts are missing or the item is damaged through customer misuse.
- Exchanges are not currently available; items can only be returned for a refund.

#### Defective or damaged items

For items that are dead-on-arrival, faulty or damaged in transit, return through the standard process within 14 days of receipt, or contact QNAP Australia Customer Service (austore@qnap.com) to arrange an exchange or repair.

#### Exclusions

- **Sale items are FINAL SALE** and cannot be returned.
- **Klarna orders are not eligible for refunds** through the standard return process.
- Items cannot be returned after 30 days through the standard return process; contact QNAP Customer Service via https://service.qnap.com for post-30-day issues.
- Outlet items, special-order or CTO (build-to-order) configurations cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once the order is confirmed. Please confirm the specification before purchase.

#### Statutory rights

Australian consumers' statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) are not affected.

## Shipping

- Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the date the order is placed (carrier delivery time is additional)
- Long lead-time items: Dispatched within 2-3 weeks
- Made-to-order / out-of-stock items: Build-to-order, may take 1-2 months
- Carrier: **TNT Express** for fast nationwide delivery
- Shipping fee: **Free on orders over AUD 99**; standard rates apply below the threshold. Refer to the cart for current AUD shipping rates
- Coverage: All Australian states and territories at standard rates; remote-area surcharges may apply to a small set of postcodes
- Tracking: After dispatch, customers receive an email with the tracking number and a Track Your Order link
- Delivery address changes after order confirmation are not generally accepted

## Ordering

- A QNAP ID account is required to place orders
- Maximum **5 units** of a single item per order
- Maximum **20 items** total per order
- Items in the shopping cart are retained for 7 days (no notification before removal)
- Items can be added or removed from the cart any time before order placement; items cannot be added to an order after it is placed
- Orders not yet ready for dispatch can be cancelled via My Account > My Orders
