Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days from the date of order, then dispatched via TNT Express to all Australian states and territories. Carrier delivery time is additional. Free shipping is offered on orders over AUD 99; standard rates apply below the threshold and remote-area surcharges may apply to a small set of postcodes.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for items in original condition with packaging and documents. Customers initiate returns through the My Orders section in their account and download a free UPS return label. Original outbound shipping cost is not refunded. Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days once processed (1-2 billing cycles for some card providers). For defective or damaged items, return through the standard process within 14 days or contact customer service for an exchange or repair.
